Measurement of Saturated Vapor Pressure and Compressed Liquid Density for 1,1,1,3,3,3-Hexafluoroisopropylmethyl Ether
Abstract
1,1,1,3,3,3-Hexafluoroisopropylmethyl ether (HFE-356 mmz), with its ODP = 0 and low global warming potential, is a promising alternative foam blowing agent, cleaning fluid, and refrigerant. The vapor pressure was measured by static method at temperature range from 323.10 to 448.20 K and corresponding pressure from 97.2 to 2209.7 kPa. These experimental results were fitted to the four parameter Wagner-type equation and compared with literature data. And the compressed liquid density was measured by U-tube vibration method with the temperature range 313.09–448.09 K and pressure range 414–25002 kPa. Based on the experimental data, the saturated liquid density equation and Tait equation were fitted.

About these checks
Registry, retraction, Cites and statistics results are computed, not judged, with one exception: a printed reference that no index lists is read once by a model before it counts as a citation error. Claims are extracted by a model and kept only when their quote appears verbatim in the text; each cited source is then checked, with a model’s help, for whether it says what the claim relies on. Those verdicts can be wrong — read the claim’s quote and the cited source before relying on one.
Statistics and arithmetic are recomputed, not judged.
Confidence bands are shown only for fields calibrated on our annotated test set. None is calibrated yet, so no band is shown.
