The pandemic and lockdown measures pose greater risks for some women, including women with disability and women on temporary visas.
“Scholars have also noted that the pandemic and lockdown measures pose greater risks for some women, including women with disability and women on temporary visas (Flatau et al., 2020;Segrave & Maher, 2020).”
From COVID-19 lockdowns, intimate partner violence and coercive control. (2021) · cites this paper as Flatau et al., 2020
The section “Women Experiencing Domestic Violence & their Children” (p. 8) says women on temporary visas experiencing violence are particularly vulnerable during COVID-19. The paper also says social distancing can prevent victims from escaping perpetrators, but it does not identify women with disability as an especially at-risk group. Its reference to people with disability in “SUPPORT” (p. 10) concerns an accommodation and services program, not that claim. (LLM, conf=0.88)

About these checks
Registry, retraction, Cites and statistics results are computed, not judged, with one exception: a printed reference that no index lists is read once by a model before it counts as a citation error. Claims are extracted by a model and kept only when their quote appears verbatim in the text; each cited source is then checked, with a model’s help, for whether it says what the claim relies on. Those verdicts can be wrong — read the claim’s quote and the cited source before relying on one.
Statistics and arithmetic are recomputed, not judged.
Confidence bands are shown only for fields calibrated on our annotated test set. None is calibrated yet, so no band is shown.
