Open accessAbstract
Back Cover: Alkene and alkyne functionalized reactive polymers provide a facile strategy of surface modification that can readily proceed with promising thiol-ene and thiol-yne coupling reactions. Designer surfaces are demonstrated by low-protein fouling surfaces on silver, titanium, stainless steel, glass, PMMA, and PDMS substrates, as well as using cysteine-containing functional peptides to manipulate cell attachments. Further details can be found in the article by J.-T. Wu, C.-H. Huang, W.-C. Liang, Y.-L. Wu, J. Yu, and H.-Y. Chen* on page 922.

Emission intensity of hyperbranched polymers P9a-P9c increases with methanol fraction, reflecting AIEE behavior with αAIE of 2310, 16, and 5.4, respectively.
“The emission intensity of all three hyperbranched polymers, viz. P9a-P9c, increases with methanol fraction, reflecting AIEE behavior with α AIE (AIE factor = Φ aggr/ Φ soln) of 2310, 16, and 5.4, respectively (Figure 9D). [152]”

About these checks
Registry, retraction, Cites and statistics results are computed, not judged, with one exception: a printed reference that no index lists is read once by a model before it counts as a citation error. Claims are extracted by a model and kept only when their quote appears verbatim in the text; each cited source is then checked, with a model’s help, for whether it says what the claim relies on. Those verdicts can be wrong — read the claim’s quote and the cited source before relying on one.
Statistics and arithmetic are recomputed, not judged.
Confidence bands are shown only for fields calibrated on our annotated test set. None is calibrated yet, so no band is shown.
