Pneumatic Control System of Automatic Production Line Using SCADA Implement PLC
Abstract
SCADA system is used to enable the operator to Provide immediate knowledge of the system with the help of HMI. In order to improve performance, efficiency and safety of the system, as well as when any trouble occurs SCADA system shows the place of the error to the operator to reduces the number of labors wanted for troubleshooting and reduces downtime. Scada also used to generate alarming and trending. The objectives of this work are; to design and implement of SCADA system to the automatic production line, which helps in the decision-making during and after the process. Also, provide a way for different software packages to access values from the control device (PLC) at the same computer using the NI OPC servers to monitor the performance of the pneumatic equipment. The automatic production line which can performance feeding, transportation, sorting functions designed and simulated in FACTORY IO software then implemented. S7-1200 plc used to control the automatic production line using TIA PORTAL V15 software, and LabVIEW used to great Human Machine Interface (HMI) to monitor the status of the system. The communication between the master program TIA PORTAL V15 software and slave program LABVIEW through OLE Process Control (OPC) service. OPC offers greater flexibility and, lower costs of development, integration, and assembly for controlling and monitoring the industrial process. As well as OPC involves a wide variety of data sources (software for interfacing to industrial aut…

The detection error variability outperformed the variability ranges observed in hadi & Sallom (2019).
“MATLAB-derived time-series validation further verified that detection errors remained below 5%, with standard deviations under ±0.6 seconds, outperforming the variability ranges observed in (hadi & Sallom, 2019).”

About these checks
Registry, retraction, Cites and statistics results are computed, not judged, with one exception: a printed reference that no index lists is read once by a model before it counts as a citation error. Claims are extracted by a model and kept only when their quote appears verbatim in the text; each cited source is then checked, with a model’s help, for whether it says what the claim relies on. Those verdicts can be wrong — read the claim’s quote and the cited source before relying on one.
Statistics and arithmetic are recomputed, not judged.
Confidence bands are shown only for fields calibrated on our annotated test set. None is calibrated yet, so no band is shown.
