Abstract
A monograph on inflationary cosmology and cosmological phase transitions, investigating modern cosmology's relationship to elementary particle physics. This work also includes a non-technical discussion of inflationary cosmology for those unfamiliar with the theory.

The inflaton mass m is very small in Planck units, roughly 10^-6, so the factor 4.5π/m^2 is very large, roughly 10^13, and one gets an utterly enormous exponential peak in the measure at relatively small values of m^3 V.
“Since the inflaton mass m is very small in Planck units, say roughly 10 -6 [7], the factor of 4 . 5 π/m 2 is very large, say roughly 10 13 , and one gets an utterly enormous exponential peak in the measure at relatively small values of m 3 V .”

About these checks
Registry, retraction, Cites and statistics results are computed, not judged, with one exception: a printed reference that no index lists is read once by a model before it counts as a citation error. Claims are extracted by a model and kept only when their quote appears verbatim in the text; each cited source is then checked, with a model’s help, for whether it says what the claim relies on. Those verdicts can be wrong — read the claim’s quote and the cited source before relying on one.
Statistics and arithmetic are recomputed, not judged.
Confidence bands are shown only for fields calibrated on our annotated test set. None is calibrated yet, so no band is shown.
