At larval and adult stages these species live in the stomach of domestic and wild equids.
“The adults of all three species (Habronema muscae, H. microstoma and D. megastoma) live in the stomach wall of the gastric fundus and pyloric valve or freely on the mucosal surface of the margo plicatus (8).”
From Habronematidosis in Equids: Current Status, Advances, Future Challenges (2020) · cites this paper as [8]
The Discussion (page unavailable) places Habronema spp. on the fundic and pyloric mucosa, supporting the printed sentence’s broad claim that these parasites occur in those stomach regions. It does not establish the stated locations for all three named species: the passages do not identify D. megastoma or describe the stomach wall, pyloric valve, or margo plicatus. The supplied paraphrase also extends the finding to wild equids, whereas Materials and Methods (page unavailable) describes only horses from Settat. (LLM, conf=0.86)

About these checks
Registry, retraction, Cites and statistics results are computed, not judged, with one exception: a printed reference that no index lists is read once by a model before it counts as a citation error. Claims are extracted by a model and kept only when their quote appears verbatim in the text; each cited source is then checked, with a model’s help, for whether it says what the claim relies on. Those verdicts can be wrong — read the claim’s quote and the cited source before relying on one.
Statistics and arithmetic are recomputed, not judged.
Confidence bands are shown only for fields calibrated on our annotated test set. None is calibrated yet, so no band is shown.
