تناولت هذه الدراسة دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في تحسين فعالية اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية في المؤسسات الحكومية - دراسة حالة ديوان الزكاة بولاية كسلا، تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيس : ما هو دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في تحسين فعالية اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية في ديوان الزكاة بولاية كسلا ؟ وهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى ملاءمة المعلومات المستخدمة من نظم المعلومات الإدارية في فعالية اتخاذ القرارات في ديوان الزكاة ولاية كسلا ، وقد اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدمت الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من عينة من الموظفين والإداريين، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة وجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين فعالية نظم المعلومات الإدارية وجودة القرارات الإدارية، حيث تسهم هذه النظم في توفير المعلومات الدقيقة في الوقت المناسب، مما يدعم التخطيط والتنظيم والرقابة. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطوير البنية التحتية التقنية وتدريب الكوادر البشرية على استخدام نظم المعلومات الحديثة لتحقيق مزيد من الكفاءة والفعالية في الأداء الإداري الكلمات المفتاحية نظم المعلومات الإدارية، اتخاذ القرار الأداء المؤسسي ديوان الزكاة، ولاية كسلا
