Abstract

for all analytes. The precision, expressed as relative standard deviation (RSD), is better than 10% for all analytes. Accuracy was calculated as recovery, and the obtained values are between 84% and 107%. A single-blind assay was also performed to evaluate the suitability of the method for real application.

  • When integrated with disposable microfluidic chambers, the PDA-modified screen-printed carbon electrode platform enables on-site quantification of bacterial load.

“When integrated with disposable microfluidic chambers, this platform enables on-site quantification of bacterial load.”

From Polydopamine-Based Biomaterials in Oral Medicine: Applications, Mechanisms, and Translational Challenges (2026) · cites this paper as [93]

The Introduction and Experimental ‘Microextraction procedure’ (page not provided) identify the platform as polydopamine-coated hypodermic needles attached to a syringe or micropipette, not screen-printed carbon electrodes integrated with microfluidic chambers. The Conclusion says it extracts tricyclic antidepressants from oral fluid for mass-spectrometric analysis, rather than quantifying bacterial load on site. (LLM, conf=0.88)

  • Urease and glucose oxidase co-immobilized on the sensing interface allow simultaneous acquisition of urea hydrolysis rates and lactic acid production rates by differential potentiometry.

“In parallel, urease and glucose oxidase are co-immobilized on the sensing interface, allowing simultaneous acquisition of urea hydrolysis rates and lactic acid production rates by differential potentiometry.”

From Polydopamine-Based Biomaterials in Oral Medicine: Applications, Mechanisms, and Translational Challenges (2026) · cites this paper as [93]

The Experimental section (Direct infusion MS analysis; page not provided) describes mass-spectrometric detection, while Results and discussion (Method validation; page not provided) concerns tricyclic antidepressants in oral fluid. Searches for urease and glucose oxidase co-immobilization, urea hydrolysis, lactic acid production, and differential potentiometry found no passage addressing the claim. (LLM, conf=0.78)

  • Based on these measurements, the time required for the local pH to reach the critical threshold of 5.5 can be estimated, providing quantitative support for individualized caries risk assessment and personalized fluoride intervention strategies.

“Based on these measurements, the time required for the local pH to reach the critical threshold of 5.5 can be estimated, thereby providing quantitative support for individualized caries risk assessment and personalized fluoride intervention strategies.44,93,94”

About these checks

Registry, retraction, Cites and statistics results are computed, not judged, with one exception: a printed reference that no index lists is read once by a model before it counts as a citation error. Claims are extracted by a model and kept only when their quote appears verbatim in the text; each cited source is then checked, with a model’s help, for whether it says what the claim relies on. Those verdicts can be wrong — read the claim’s quote and the cited source before relying on one.

Statistics and arithmetic are recomputed, not judged.

Confidence bands are shown only for fields calibrated on our annotated test set. None is calibrated yet, so no band is shown.
