Seven V's of Big Data understanding Big Data to extract value
Abstract
Big Data has shown lot of potential in real world industry and research community. We support the power and potential of it in solving real world problems. However, it is imperative to understand Big Data through the lens of 7 V's. 7thV as ‘Value’ is desired output for industry challenges and issues. We provide a brief survey study of 7 Vs of Big Data in order to understand Big Data and extract Value concept in general. Finally we conclude by showing our vision of improved healthcare, a product of Big Data Utilization, as a future work for researchers and students, while moving forward.

Big data tend to be characterised by a number of other Vs than volume, variety, and velocity, including inveracity, validity, value, and volatility.
“Yet, big data tend to be characterised by a number of other Vs than these three, including inveracity, validity, value, and volatility (e.g., [72]).”

About these checks
Registry, retraction, Cites and statistics results are computed, not judged, with one exception: a printed reference that no index lists is read once by a model before it counts as a citation error. Claims are extracted by a model and kept only when their quote appears verbatim in the text; each cited source is then checked, with a model’s help, for whether it says what the claim relies on. Those verdicts can be wrong — read the claim’s quote and the cited source before relying on one.
Statistics and arithmetic are recomputed, not judged.
Confidence bands are shown only for fields calibrated on our annotated test set. None is calibrated yet, so no band is shown.
