Organic compounds in root exudates of Miscanthus × Giganteus greef et deu and limitation of microorganisms in its rhizosphere by nutrients
Open accessAbstract
CĂlem tĂŠto prĂĄce bylo stanovenĂ vybranĂ˝ch nĂzkomolekulĂĄrnĂch organickĂ˝ch lĂĄtek v koĹenovĂ˝ch exsudĂĄtech rostliny Miscanthus Ă Giganteus a stanovenĂ limitace aktivity mikroorganismĹŻ v rhizosfĂŠrnĂ pĹŻdÄ tĂŠto rostliny minerĂĄlnĂmi Ĺživinami. KoĹenovĂŠ exsudĂĄty M. Ă Giganteus byly sbĂrĂĄny v 0,5 mM CaCl2, pĹiÄemĹž rostliny v rĹŻznĂ˝ch fĂĄzĂch rĹŻstu byly pouĹžity k danĂ˝m ĂşÄelĹŻm. Z jednotlivĂ˝ch cukrĹŻ byly v koĹenovĂ˝ch exsudĂĄtech M. Ă Giganteus stanoveny glukĂłza a sacharĂłza (rostliny v pozdnÄ letnĂ fĂĄzi rĹŻstu); organickĂŠ kyseliny determinovanĂŠ v koĹenovĂ˝ch exsudĂĄtech mladĂ˝ch (27 dnĂ) rostlin byly pĹĂtomny v nĂĄsledujĂcĂm poĹadĂ koncentracĂ: kyselina jantarovĂĄ > propionovĂĄ > citronovĂĄ > vinnĂĄ > jableÄnĂĄ > ĹĄĹĽavelovĂĄ > askorbovĂĄ > octovĂĄ > fumarovĂĄ.

About these checks
Registry, retraction, Cites and statistics results are computed, not judged, with one exception: a printed reference that no index lists is read once by a model before it counts as a citation error. Claims are extracted by a model and kept only when their quote appears verbatim in the text; each cited source is then checked, with a model’s help, for whether it says what the claim relies on. Those verdicts can be wrong — read the claim’s quote and the cited source before relying on one.
Statistics and arithmetic are recomputed, not judged.
Confidence bands are shown only for fields calibrated on our annotated test set. None is calibrated yet, so no band is shown.
