Abstract

This paper describes a novel electro hybrid mechanical system which consists of the following components: electrohydrodynamic printing combined with the fused deposition modeling, electrospinning, and electrospray. The electrohydrodynamic printing section with the fused deposition modeling of the electro hybrid mechanical system was used to obtain fibers from thermoplastics such as polylactic acid, thermoplastic polyurethane, polyethylene terephthalate-glycol, acrylonitrile–butadiene–styrene copolymer, and high impact polystyrene. This study reports the changes in the 2D array and the 3D scaffold structure of the samples and exhibits their characteristics and performance evaluations by comparing them under the same production conditions.

Claims other papers make about this one

Each is checked against this paper’s own text: does it say what the citing paper says it does?

  • MEW can prepare micron and sub-micron fiber structures and is suitable for vascular grafts, nerves, skin, and other scaffolds requiring high resolution and porous structure.

“MEW technology is a combination of electrospinning and 3D printing technology, by uses electrostatic stretching to accurately deposit PLCL melted fibers on the substrate, can prepare micron and sub-micron fiber structures, suitable for vascular grafts, nerves, skin and other scaffolds requiring high resolution and porous structure [104].”

About these checks

Registry, retraction, Cites and statistics results are computed, not judged, with one exception: a printed reference that no index lists is read once by a model before it counts as a citation error. Claims are extracted by a model and kept only when their quote appears verbatim in the text; each cited source is then checked, with a model’s help, for whether it says what the claim relies on. Those verdicts can be wrong — read the claim’s quote and the cited source before relying on one.

Statistics and arithmetic are recomputed, not judged.

Confidence bands are shown only for fields calibrated on our annotated test set. None is calibrated yet, so no band is shown.
