دور جودة المعلومات في اتخاذ القرار الإداري: دراسة ميدانية في شركة تقنية ليبيا للأعمال الهندسية -طرابلس -ليبيا

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور جودة المعلومات في دعم عملية اتخاذ القرار الإداري داخل المؤسسات الخدمية، وذلك انطلاقًا من الأهمية المتزايدة للمعلومات الدقيقة والموثوقة في بيئة العمل المعاصرة. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث جُمعت البيانات من خلال استبانة وُزِّعت على كامل مجتمع الدراسة المكوَّن من (54) مديرًا ورئيس قسم ووحدة ومكتب، وقد استُرجعت منها (51) استبانة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي.وقد توصلت الى وجود دور إيجابي ومعنوي إحصائيًا لجودة المعلومات في عملية اتخاذ القرار الإداري. كما بينت النتائج أن أبعاد جودة المعلومات والمتمثلة في (الدقة، الحداثة، الشمولية، الموثوقية) تسهم بصورة جوهرية في تحسين فعالية وكفاءة وسرعة القرارات الإدارية داخل الشركة محل الدراسة.وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز نظم المعلومات الإدارية وتطوير آليات تحديثها بشكل دوري بما يضمن توافر معلومات دقيقة وموثوقة تسهم في تحسين جودة القرارات الإدارية ودعم الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة.
