  • The specific heat data show that the Debye temperature and specific heat jump values of Nb3Sn0.3Al0.3Ge0.2Ga0.1Si0.1 and Nb3Sn0.2Al0.2Ge0.2Ga0.2Si0.2 of the A15-type structure are close to those of traditional Nb3Sn and V3Si superconductors.

The Results and discussion (p. 5) report Debye temperatures of 365 K and 348 K for the two samples and specific-heat-jump ratios of 1.64 and 1.67, comparing them with conventional Nb3M superconductors. The Conclusions (p. 7) likewise say both measures are close to those of pure Nb3M. The paper does not make this comparison with V3Si; V3Si appears only in a reference title (p. 11). (LLM, conf=0.87)

About these checks

Registry, retraction, Cites and statistics results are computed, not judged, with one exception: a printed reference that no index lists is read once by a model before it counts as a citation error. Claims are extracted by a model and kept only when their quote appears verbatim in the text; each cited source is then checked, with a model’s help, for whether it says what the claim relies on. Those verdicts can be wrong — read the claim’s quote and the cited source before relying on one.

Statistics and arithmetic are recomputed, not judged.

Confidence bands are shown only for fields calibrated on our annotated test set. None is calibrated yet, so no band is shown.
