Extractable Ca contents increased in both Ultisol and Oxisol after first and second year of wheat crops owing to application of biochar prepared from Eucalyptus tree by flash carbonization.
“Extractable Ca contents increased in both Ultisol and Oxisol after first and second year of wheat crops owing to application of biochar prepared from Eucalyptus tree ( Eucalyptuscamaldulensis L.) by flash carbonization process (Butnan et al., 2015).”

Biochar prepared from Eucalyptus tree either via traditional kiln at 350°C or flash carbonization at 800°C significantly increased soluble Mn concentration (1.39-4.61 mg L−1) in an Oxisol relative to control (1.12 mg L−1), while decreasing plant tissue Mn concentration (0.08-0.17 g kg−1) compared to control (0.41 g kg−1).

Biochar prepared from the same feedstock via traditional kiln or flash carbonization showed no impact on extractable soil Mg content.
“However, it showed no impact on extractable soil Mg content when biochar prepared from the same feedstock via traditional kiln or flash carbonization process was applied to the soil (Butnan et al., 2015).”

About these checks
Registry, retraction, Cites and statistics results are computed, not judged, with one exception: a printed reference that no index lists is read once by a model before it counts as a citation error. Claims are extracted by a model and kept only when their quote appears verbatim in the text; each cited source is then checked, with a model’s help, for whether it says what the claim relies on. Those verdicts can be wrong — read the claim’s quote and the cited source before relying on one.
Statistics and arithmetic are recomputed, not judged.
Confidence bands are shown only for fields calibrated on our annotated test set. None is calibrated yet, so no band is shown.
