In emerging adults, two factors explained responses on decentering, meta-cognitive awareness, and cognitive defusion inventories: Intentional Decentered Perspective and Automatic Reactivity to Thought Content.
“In emerging adults (23.81 ± 4.06 years), two factors explained responses on decentering, meta-cognitive awareness31, and cognitive defusion inventories21.”

The Experiences Questionnaire (EQ) correlates only modestly with the decentering sub-scale of the Toronto Mindfulness Scale (TMS) (r = 0.25) and the Meta-cognitive Awareness Scale (MAS) (r = −0.16).
“The Experiences Questionnaire (EQ; the mostly widely used self-report assessment of decentering) correlates only modestly with other inventories including the decentering sub-scale of the Toronto Mindfulness Scale (TMS) (r = 0.25) and the Meta-cognitive Awareness Scale (MAS) (r = −0.16) (M ± SD = 23.81 ± 4.06 years)21.”

“EQ scores are moderately strongly associated with the Drexel Defusion Scale (DDS) (r = 0.39–0.52), Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire (CFQ) (r = −0.40 to −0.61) and Acceptance and Action Questionnaire (AAQ) (r = −0.67) (19.10–39.57 years)21,23–27.”

In this particular study, the FFMQ non-reactivity subscale was classified as a measure of "intentional non-reactive meta-awareness" and shown to be significantly but modestly correlated with the ability to intentionally adopt a decentered perspective, suggesting that the non-reactivity subscale may partially capture key elements of decentering but not completely reflect the construct.
“Also, in this particular study, the FFMQ non-reactivity subscale was classified as a measure of “intentional non-reactive meta-awareness” and shown to be significantly but modestly correlated with the ability to intentionally adopt a decentered perspective (82), suggesting that the non-reactivity subscale may partially capture key elements of decentering but not completely reflect the construct.”

About these checks
Registry, retraction, Cites and statistics results are computed, not judged, with one exception: a printed reference that no index lists is read once by a model before it counts as a citation error. Claims are extracted by a model and kept only when their quote appears verbatim in the text; each cited source is then checked, with a model’s help, for whether it says what the claim relies on. Those verdicts can be wrong — read the claim’s quote and the cited source before relying on one.
Statistics and arithmetic are recomputed, not judged.
Confidence bands are shown only for fields calibrated on our annotated test set. None is calibrated yet, so no band is shown.
